Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your CALVEXA Nutrition order.

For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. This reflects UK distance-selling cancellation rights. 

Returns
Items should be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and, where applicable, with the original seal intact.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once the protective seal has been broken, where the applicable legal exemption applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not as required by law. 

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@calvexa.co.uk with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return postage where permitted by law. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so we can advise you.
